Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

You may return* merchandise purchased from Premier Cycle Products for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are followed. All product returns must be pre-approved and require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).  You can request an RMA number online or by calling us during normal business hours. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the returned package. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number and are subject to refusal by our shipping department. We are unable to issue RMA numbers via email requests.  

No returns are accepted for special orders, painted items, tires or electronic's. 

Returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment. No returns after 30 days. At our discretion we may extend the return time limit during December and January. 

Goods that have been damaged by the consumer, have been installed and/or removed, have missing or spoiled packaging, have missing hardware, components or instructions, or any item returned that is not in new condition will be deemed non-returnable and returned to the consumer at their request and expense. No refund will be issued in such cases and we will notify the customer via email, postal mail and/or telephone.

Removal or alteration of a product's upc number, serial number or upc/serial number sticker will automatically void Premier Cycle Products Return Policy. Products that are returned to Premier Cycle Products with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you. 

Unclaimed returns will be disposed of after 60 days.

All returns are subject up to a 25% restocking fee.

 


Refunds

Unauthorized returns and/or shipments refused by customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus any fees levied by the freight carrier (including return shipping cost). We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.
 

Exchanges
If you purchased a product from Premier Cycle Products that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund and simply place a new order for the item you desire. We do not apply a refund credit to your new purchase.
 

Defective Item
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only.
 

Damaged Items
All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only.
 

Return Shipping
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.  We do not issue call tags nor accept freight collect shipments.

If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly. 

International returns are subject to the same terms and conditions as domestic returns. Custom fees, brokerage fees, duties and/or other such costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable. Custom fees, brokerage fees, duties and/or other such costs incurred by Premier Cycle Products due to accepting an international return will be charged to the customer (unless the return is due to our error).
 

Replacement
We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. 

Credits

All credits for returns and/or order cancellations will be applied back to the original payment method. If a gift certificate option is chosen, a gift certificate will be generated for the credit. 

Credits for returned items are subject to approval and inspection. Please see above return policy. 

Please allow 5-7 days for your bank to process a submitted credit to your account.

 

Returning Items
Please contact us at 623-295-1295 If you do not have the return form, we will provide it together with your RA number. Please fill in the requested information on our product return form, and carefully follow the instructions for return. 

All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. The RMA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed.

Retuned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to Premier Cycle Products.
 

Fraudulent Orders  

It is a violation of law to make orders in a false name or with an invalid credit card, even if our software initially accepts such a bid. Please be aware that even if you do not give us your real name, your web browser transmits a unique internet address to us, which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. This puts you at substantial personal legal risk. Fraudulent order makers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Currently, both the FBI, Interpol and Polish police are responsible for investigating all Internet fraud cases.


Warranty Claims

All warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer of the product in question. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer and do our best to help you in anyway we can with warranty issues. However, the manufacturer is ultimately responsible for all warranty claims and it is their sole discretion whether to honor or disapprove a warranty claim.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES -- Goods warranted by manufacturer(s) only. Premier Cycle Products hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied. Premier Cycle Products is not liable for any direct or indirect consequential damage or injury of any kind.


Goods Damaged By Carrier and Shortages

You must inspect goods upon receipt for shipment damage. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier within 48 hours of receipt. If a product is accepted from the carrier and you don't file a damage claim within 48 hours with the carrier, the carrier will consider the shipment to have arrived in good condition.


Cancellations
Same Business Day* - Cancellation requests received on the same business day as the order was placed result in no penalty.
Up to 30 Days* - Cancellation requests received up to 30 days after the order was placed are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Items that have entered the shipping process or items that have already shipped may not be cancelled. For such items, please see our "Returns" policy.
* Valid cancellation requests require verbal dialogue with a customer service representative.

Premier Cycle Products is committed to keeping your information safe and secure. Information gathered through our website is used in confidence for the purpose of fulfilling your order, responding to your requests, customizing shopping for you and communicating with you. 

We utilize the latest SSL (secure server),hardware and software technologies to insure that your personal data is kept safe and secure. 

In some cases, we may use vendors to help fulfill orders and provide them with shipping information (e.g. drop ship and/or factory direct orders). We do not sell your personal information to other companies. We do not share your information for any means other than that of helping to fulfill your order (e.g. drop ship and/or factory direct orders). You may choose not to provide us with requested information, but then you may not be able to participate in the related activity. 

Fitment of Parts
Every effort is made to maintain accurate fitment data for products offered. The customer is responsible for making sure items ordered will fit their Motorcycle, ATV/UTV. 
Please take special notice to those items listed on our website without specific fitment applications. In such cases, we ask that you please call and speak with a customer service representative to verify fitment.
