If you feel you have a warranty issue, you MUST contact Premier Cycle Products to obtain a RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization, number PRIOR to submission. When submitting items for warranty inspection, please be sure the item is clean and free of debris, etc. The shipping charges to Premier Cycle Products are the responsibility of the customer and Premier Cycle Products will in turn ship the return item to you at no additional cost.
